This update only re-enables transaction messages stored in the blockchain on a request of Earthcoin-pay portal developers. In a fact, the transactions messages were never be disabled, only the windows wallet not offered them in the default settings.
Usage:
in command line:eartcoin-cli sendtoaddress ADDRESS AMOUNT "MESSAGE"
in gui-wallet: fill the field message in the transaction window – see the screenshot
