钱包更新说明：
1、增加aux-pow检查点；
2、在gui界面可以增加segwit地址；
3、新增多签功能，用户更容易创建多签地址；
4、移除块版本警告（因为启用aux-pow的原因）；
5、修复全新钱包同步错误；
